Job Title: Coordinator – Claims Service Overview: We are looking for dedicated team members to support the resolution of legacy reinsurance recovery claims. In this role, you will manage aged claims, verify historical data, liaise with cedants, reinsurers, and internal teams, and ensure timely closure of outstanding claims. Your contribution will be key to resolving legacy issues while ensuring smooth daily claims operations.Key Responsibilities:Review and verify aged reinsurance recovery claims, including historical records, emails, and supporting documents.Coordinate with clients, cedants, reinsurers, and internal teams to confirm settlement statuses.Reconcile statements of claims across reinsurers, clients, and cedants.Monitor and follow up on outstanding claims with (re)insurers via emails, calls, and meetings, ensuring compliance with company standards.Compile and maintain accurate documentation and supporting evidence required by the market.Prepare weekly claims statistics reports to track and analyze claim movements.Support process improvements to reduce recurrence of legacy claim issues.Requirements:Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting.High attention to detail and accuracy.Comfortable handling administrative and repetitive tasks with consistency.
