Position: Claims SpecialistSector: InsuranceDuration: 6+ MonthsUtilization: 100%Location: ZürichAlpinum Solutions is a leading provider of managed legal services in Switzerland, Germany and Liechtenstein.For our client, a global insurance company, we are looking for a Claims Specialist in Zurich.Key Responsibilities:Manage and process marine claims, with a focus on cargo claimsHandle liability claims for freight forwarders as requiredEnsure accurate and timely claims assessment, documentation and settlementCommunicate with internal departments, clients and service providersMaintain clear reporting and case management recordsExperience & Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years’ experience in claims handling, ideally within an international insurance companyStrong understanding of marine insurance, particularly cargo and freight liabilityProficient in both German and English (written and spoken)High level of accuracy and attention to detailAble to work independently and manage claim workloads efficientlyWhat We Offer:At Alpinum Solutions, we offer a challenging and rewarding work environment that promotes personal and professional growth.
