To liaise closely with the Finance to ensure that all matters are concluded in a timely manner.Main Tasks:1. Review Protection & Savings claims forms and documents for accuracy and completeness, and obtain any missing information as necessary.2. Determine claims coverage by examining and maintaining company records.3. Correspond with policyholders, claimants, brokers, reinsurers, and all relevant parties in connection with claims.4. Periodic follow-up with brokers/customers regarding pending documentation.5. Ensure timely issuance of payments and preparation of necessary authority requests, and coordinate with Finance regarding claim payments.6. Escalate claims that exceed authorized limits to the next higher level.7. Ensure accurate claims coding and support other related tasks as required.8. Identify and collect applicable policy excess/deductibles.9. Maintain high standards of quality and customer service.10. Act as Anti-Fraud Coordinator for Protection & Savings claims.Technical / Functional Skills Required:1. Good knowledge of insurance principles and IFCE certification.2. Familiarity with computer rating systems and relevant software applications.3. Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Behaviors / Values Required:1. High attention to detail.2. Strong relationship-building and client service skills.3.
