Job Description
We are looking for an ambitious, articulate and confident individual to join our EMEA business, based in Dublin as a Claims and Underwriting Admin Assistant, on a 12-month maternity cover. You will report the MD of the Claims team and work closely with our Operations, Claims and Underwriting functions, communicating daily with many other key internal and external stakeholders. You will be an integral part of the EMEA business as your role spans all our functions and teams. Responsibilities will include: Claims file management: Setting up Claims files for new claims across the company’s various platforms; assisting with the maintenance and effective up-to-datedness of those files including key dates and deadlines; assisting with document management and the sharing of key information with our advisors and insureds; working with our global claims teams to ensure consistent records and data management·Invoicing and invoice management: Managing the receipt and payment of invoices and being the key contact point for our legal partners, accountancy firms and insurer partners.Bordereaux coordination: Managing the monthly bordereau process from start to finish for both Claims and Underwriting teams, ensuring accurate and timely data input of key metrics Accounts receivable: Logging and tracking accounts receivable for the Underwriting team and chasing payment when requiredExpense Management: Reviewing and approving expense claims across the EMEA business, ensuring accuracy and in-policy remitRelationship management: liaising daily with both internal teams and external partners, who are located around the world. Experience and Skills Must-haves· 3+ years’ relevant work experience in a fast-paced, corporate environment· Fluency in English (spoken and written)· High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite· Highly proactive, ambitious, detail-oriented, a natural team player· Comfortable working with an international and diverse team Advantageous· Knowledge of the Salesforce platform· Degree-educated
