Job DescriptionThe Liquidations Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end (E2E) Liquidation & Disposal process, ensuring smooth handling of parcels and assets across various operational stages. The role requires a proactive individual with warehouse experience and solid knowledge of claims and workforce management processes.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee manpower responsible for warehouse activities such as sorting, loading, packing, and inventory handling.Manage performance of agency staff and compliance on warehouse protocolsSupport and monitor the end-to-end liquidation process to ensure efficient parcel flow and timely dispatch.Handle and document claims processes related to parcels and assets.Utilize Google Workspace tools for reporting, documentation, and coordination.Communicate effectively through written reports and verbal updates across teams and stakeholders.Manage workforce schedules and productivity to maintain operational efficiency.Apply 5S principles to ensure an organized, safe, and efficient workspace.Able to work with internal teams to ensure organizational targets are metRequirementsQualifications:1–3 years of warehouse experience, preferably in parcel handling.Knowledgeable in E2E all-mile logistics operations is a plusProficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.).Strong understanding of claims management and workforce planning.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Preferably familiar with 5S methodology and its application in warehouse settings.
