If you are detail oriented, take pride in a job well done, enjoy working independently while being part of a team, this role is for you!___________________________________________________________This is a part-time position, consisting of 6 hour evening shifts, 4 times per week including Saturdays. The hours of work will be either from 5pm-11pm, or 6pm-12am.ResponsibilitiesClean building entrances, elevators, offices, halls, stairwells, laundry rooms, garbage rooms, amenity rooms, and other common areas Clean vacant suites and complete suite touch-ups Interior and exterior garbage pick-up Assist with snow removal and touch-up painting as required Ensure proper and accurate inventory management Ensure all equipment is working and being maintained properlyComplete other tasks and assist other sites as requiredExperience And Educational Requirements2 years cleaning experience requiredTechnical RequirementsWorking knowledge of English both verbal and written Familiarity with technology is an asset Non-Technical RequirementsAbility to spend up to eight hours walking, standing, climbing stairs, lifting Ability to maneuver up to 90kg with the proper equipmentStrong commitment to providing excellent customer serviceExcellent time-management skillsAbility to work independently and with others in a team environmentDemonstrates a positive attitude and enthusiasm Additional RequirementsValid driver’s licenseOwn reliable vehicle___________________________________________________________Interested applicants are invited to submit a cover letter and resume.
