We manage premium apartments with a strong focus on quality, consistency, and guest experience. As part of our expansion, we are looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to lead our cleaning operations and ensure every unit meets the standards expected from The Authors.Role Overview: The Cleaning Supervisor will oversee the daily work of the cleaning team, ensure that every apartment is prepared according to our standards, and coordinate closely with the Operations and Guest Experience departments. This role requires someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to manage time and people effectively.Key Responsibilities: • Supervise the cleaning team across multiple units on a daily basis • Inspect apartments before guest check-ins and after checkouts • Ensure all units meet The Authors’ cleanliness and presentation standards • Train cleaners on procedures, checklists, and expectations • Create, update, and maintain detailed SOPs for each apartment type to ensure consistent cleaning and presentation standards • Report any maintenance issues, missing items, or damages immediately • Coordinate with laundry and amenities teams • Maintain stock levels of linens, towels, and cleaning supplies • Prepare daily reports on unit readiness and team performanceRequirements: • Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning supervision (2–3 years minimum) • Strong leadership and communication skills • High attention to detail and quality • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines • UAE experience is preferred • Driving license is an advantage • Able to join immediatelyWhat We Offer: • Competitive salary • Accommodation provided • Transportation provided • Career growth within The Authors • Training and support from a professional operations team
