Start on as soon as possibleStarting date: ASAPSalary range: Excellent salary package with benefits.Duties and responsibilitiesExperience in preparing official letters related to government departments.Knowledgeable and experience in processing visas, Emirates ID, and labor cards.Communicate with government offices for approvals and permits.Familiarity and experience in CICPA Pass application / submitting / receiving.Prepare, organize, and maintain records of all official documents.Support employees with government requirements and maintain strong relationships with government entities.Stay updated on all new laws, regulations, and government system updates.Resolve urgent issues or delays by taking proactive action.Prepare, assist with, and submit visa application documents to the respective embassies, including arranging and attending visits as required.Person SpecificationKnowledge & QualificationsGraduate of Business Management course or any related course.ExperienceMinimum of 2-5 year's work experience.Significant experience in EPC Oil & Gas projects / Refinery.Skills and Abilities.Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.Attention to detail, management skills.Team-oriented skills, self-motivation, and direction, with strong bias toward timely performance and problem resolution.Attention to detail and management skills.
