Job Description

Responsibilities: -Supervise the activities of nurses, head nurses, and nursing supervisors within the units. Assist the Director of nursing in task planning for the nursing staff in critical care units and ensure proper task distribution. Review nursing rosters for all hospital units and floors before approval. Communicate with the infection control team to ensure adherence to safe standards. Guide and mentor new staff members. Take immediate corrective actions as needed for any clinical errors. Conduct regular meetings with Nursing staff to discuss unit issues and submit reports to the Director of nursing.

Participate in initiatives to develop and improve nursing team performance, education programs, unit activities, and roles. Collect monthly activity reports and annual reports and send them to the Director of nursing. Monitor nursing practice according to professional values and ethical principles. Conduct annual Appraisal for all staff in collaboration with the nursing education team. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in nursing10 years of experience, including two years in the same specialty (Patient Care in Critical Care Units)
