It's not just good sense, it's good business.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to join our team. The Shipping Clerk will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments, preparing shipping documents, and ensuring accuracy in all shipping processes.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare shipping documents, including bills of lading and shipping orders.Coordinate and efficiently schedule shipments with carriers.Efficiently input data into the ERP system, PC and other shipping documents.Maintain a comprehensive inventory of shipping materials and supplies.Conduct regular cycle counts.Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure prompt deliveries.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent (GED).computer proficiency skillsRespond to external & internal emails.Strong mathematical skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.Detail oriented and ability to work effectively in a team.Proficiency in English and Spanish communication.Physical DemandsAbility to lift to 50lbs.Must be able to perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, kneeling, etc.Work EnvironmentWork near moving mechanical parts.Exposure to dust, airborne particles, and herbal aromas.Occasional work in high or precarious places and outdoor weather conditions.Moderate noise level in the work environment.
