We have launched a new data practice and are eager to welcome fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to our organization! The Analytics Engineer will be part of an agile execution team, working with business partners, data engineers, and analysts to ensure data solutions deliver value. We are seeking a highly motivated Analytics Engineer to join our team at our Murrysville, PA or Harrisburg, PA corporate office.

Position SummaryThe ideal candidate will develop and deliver high-quality data solutions and insights, adhering to best practice, privacy, and governance principles. Working closely with our new ERP solution on Microsoft Dynamics 365, the engineer will be helping with the adoption of the new data and reporting assets, while delivering new capabilities for the business stakeholders. The engineer will act as an evangelist for future data initiatives and technologies, including innovations such as: metadata management; semantic layer/models and governance, while also aiding in the evolution of data and ways of working for the business stakeholders and enterprise.

Primary ResponsibilitiesDelivers well-defined, documented and tested datasets for analysisCreates robust data models to support analytics initiativesCollaborates with business stakeholders to understand their analytics needs and deliver comprehensive reports and dashboardsManage existing solutions; remediating issues, coordinating enhancements and sunsetting aged assetsEnsures data quality and accuracy by implementing data validation, monitoring, and error-handling processesSkills / Knowledge / QualificationsBachelor's degree in a Business or STEM discipline (e. g. , Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems), or a comparable combination of education and 3+ years of relevant industry experience.

3+years of experience in building data solutions within an enterprise environment using industry standard guiding principles and practices3 + years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, business intelligence development, or a similar role3+ years of experience with SQL, Python, Scala, DAX, and/or other languages used for exploring, interacting, and engineering analytical products3+ years working with ERP solutions to build data integrations, reports or analytics; ideally Microsoft DynamicsAdvanced knowledge and experience in building data visualizations or analytics using tools like Power BI, Tableau, Looker and/or SigmaAdvanced working knowledge and experience with both relational and non-relational databases, including Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric (Synapse, Data Factory, Data Lake Store), and DatabricksStrong experience administering a reporting/visualization platformExcellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating new ideas and concepts to both technical and non-technical partnersExperience handling and working with PII data in compliance with relevant lawsWhy Join The Cleveland Brothers TeamBuild the Future:
