PositionMissionAs a FENDI Ambassador the Client Advisor is expected to provide an extraordinary and luxurious experience to the clients, through the promotion of FENDI history, craftmanship, quality of materials and creativity.Main ResponsibilitiesSales Performance Lead individual sales and achieve performance target and KPIEngage in upselling, cross selling and multiple selling for all product categoriesClient ManagementStrengthen customer relations, and nurture loyal FENDI customer base also implementing appropriate CRM toolsManage customer service quality, to meet customer expectations by offering professional and individual human touch with the clientStore Operations Be able to correctly operate the retail management system for stock transfers, payments, stock inquires and customer database inputStore Management Support in maintain the inventory accuracy by properly receive display and store merchandise according to company guidelinesYou may also be required to carry out any other duties within your capacity, which the Company may reasonably require.Job ResponsibilitiesMinimum 3 years’ experience in Fashion/Luxury SaleBachelor’s Degree or equivalent is preferredManages his/ her image standards on a high levelStrong selling and communication skills are necessaryExcellent relationships skillsOrganization, professionalism, self-confidenceStrong customer service skillsComputer skills and Retail management system knowledgeGoal oriented approach, multitaskingStrong knowledge and/or interest for Fashion/Luxury IndustryFluent English and Dutch
