Join us in shaping the future of defense with groundbreaking aerospace innovations.What You´ll DoLead the Local Procurement Team{{:}} You will lead, mentor, and manage the performance of the in-country Buyer(s), fostering a culture of accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvementOversee Site Procurement Operations{{:}} You will manage the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process for the site, ensuring compliance with global policies while meeting the dynamic needs of local stakeholdersManage Local Supplier Performance{{:}} You will own the relationship and manage the performance (On-Time Delivery, Quality) of all key local suppliers, acting as the primary point of escalation for any supply issuesDrive Tactical Sourcing{{:}} You will execute tactical sourcing projects and negotiations for local spend, ensuring the best possible value for the companyAct as a Business Partner{{:}} You will be the primary procurement partner for the local Site and Operations leadership, ensuring their requirements are understood and metRequirementsWhat You'll NeedExperience{{:}} 5-8+ years of experience in procurement and supply chain, with some experience leading or mentoring junior staff. Experience in a multi-site manufacturing environment is essentialSkills{{:}} A strong understanding of the end-to-end P2P process, good negotiation and supplier management skills, and high proficiency with ERP systems (MS Dynamics preferred).
