We provide products and services such as bank accounts, credit cards, personal loans and mortgages, as well as asset management, insurance, wealth management and private banking, that best suit our customers’ needs.People Responsibility: NReports To: VP Client AnalyticsJob contentAnalyze banking data across customer, transaction, deposit, investment, and product domains to support business strategyProvide customer centric initiatives by customer analytics for business growth and issues identificationDesign and maintain management reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analysis for business and management teamsImplement standard campaign process by regional guideline for campaign execution and performance evaluationImplement Propensity model to prioritize customer potential for targeting strategy and conversion rate improvementWork with stakeholders to translate business requirements into data definitions and analytical metricsBachelor’s degree or above in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related disciplines Posses relevant experience in data analysis, MIS, or reporting within banking or financial servicesStrong data analytic skill with hands-on experience in SAS, SQL or Python, and working with large-scale databases or data warehousesProficiency in Excel and at least one BI or analytical tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense)Solid understanding of banking and financial products, including wealth management, deposits, loans and cardsFamiliarity with customer analytics, segmentation, or campaign performance analysisStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to translate data insights into clear, actionable message for non-technical stakeholdersFluent in both Chinese and EnglishExposure to AI / ML use cases is preferredExperience in integrating external open-source data with internal banking data to develop analytical use cases and business application is preferred※ Applicants passing resume screening will be notified for interview and next steps.
