We are committed to ensuring our clients feel great at every stage of life.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Client Co-Ordinator based in Etobicoke, ON. The Client Co-Ordinator will be responsible for managing client interactions, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction, scheduling appointments, maintaining organized records, and addressing client inquiries promptly. The role also involves assisting with administrative tasks, coordinating client experiences, and supporting the overall operation of the clinic.Duties include:Responsible for billing, invoicing, receiving and processing payments for WSIB, motor vehicle insurance, private and other third parties as requiredCorresponding with insurance companies/WSIBAssisting the Director/ President with marketing and advertisingOther administrative duties such as; greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering phones, responding to emails, liaising with physician offices/hospitals, scanning documents, inventory, invoicing and processing payments, cleaning and other general administrative duties.Qualifications and Skills:The ideal candidate for this position must be a self starter and highly motivated with the follow skills:Strong communication and organizations skills - detail orientedStrong team work and multitasking skillsDemonstrate professionalism and excellent interpersonal skillsStrong computer skills and ability to work with EMR in paperless office setting (training on EMR used in office will be provided)Those with existing experience working with motor vehicle accident (MVA), workplace safety insurance board (WSIB), and direct billing with insurance companies are encouraged to apply.Approximately 20-30 per week. Hours and days may be flexible.
