You will own client relationships and lead the charge on consulting engagements, while partnering with C-level leaders (CDOs, CMOs, CIOs, etc.), identifying new growth opportunities and ensuring project success and stakeholder alignment. Be the trusted voice that digital leaders turn to guiding C-level decision-makers and middle managers alike with confidence and clarity. Inspire and align teams by orchestrating complex projects, delegating with purpose, and creating a collaborative, energized environment. Pitch ideas that win, shaping standout business proposals that captivate clients and deliver measurable results. Own the outcome—driving satisfaction, retention, and performance across a portfolio of clients generating €1–5M+ annually.YOUR PROFILEYou are experienced within leading complex digital commerce transformations, driving strategic consulting across B2B, retail and omnichannel landscapes, while building strong, trust-based client relationships.Thus, we expect you to demonstrate A strategic mindset with strong communication and analytical skills A natural connector who builds trust with clients and teams alike Experience with omnichannel, loyalty, personalization, and digital transformation Proven ability to drive business development and innovationWe imagine you have 5-8 years' experience in management consulting or project/program leadership with a strong focus on Commerce.
