Dexcent Inc. has an opportunity for a Client Coordinator to join our growing team. As such, we pride ourselves on truly transforming industrial operations to optimize business performance and deliver bottom-line results.About the RoleThe Client Coordinator plays an essential role in supporting communication and coordination between Dexcent and one of our key clients. This position combines administrative, account management, and sales coordination responsibilities to ensure smooth project delivery, effective communication, and strong client relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the main liaison between Dexcent and the client, ensuring alignment on project scopes, schedules, and deliverables.Perform administrative and coordination duties, including maintaining project and contract documentation, processing changes, and ensuring compliance with MSAs, SOWs, and vendor requirements.Support the development and negotiation of new scopes of work, rate discussions, and other contractual updates.Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, notes, and action follow-ups to ensure accountability and progress tracking.Provide regular updates to management on client activities, risks, and opportunities for business growth.Support recruitment coordination by gathering role details from the client and scheduling interviews for client-facing technical positions.Facilitate onboarding processes for new resources, ensuring communication and documentation are completed accurately.Follow up regularly with the client to maintain strong engagement and identify new or emerging business opportunities.Proactively recognize and pursue potential opportunities for growth, service expansion, or improved collaboration as they present themselves.Respond to client inquiries and issues promptly, maintaining a focus on satisfaction, retention, and long-term relationship building.Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including operations, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and resolution of issues.Track performance metrics and prepare reports summarizing account activity and project progress.Core CompetenciesStrong communication and interpersonal skills with a client service mindset.Skilled in negotiation, relationship management, and administrative coordination.Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.Demonstrated ability to follow through, resolve issues, and support positive outcomes.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data to support decisions and performance tracking.Comfortable working with CRM systems, databases, and dashboards for monitoring client and project activity.Professional, adaptable, and proactive in identifying improvements or opportunities.Proficient in creating and maintaining reports using Power BI, Excel, or similar tools to analyze client data and identify trends would be considered an asset.Education & ExperienceDiploma or degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.5+ years of experience in client coordination, account management, or administrative roles.A background in Engineering Technology, Industrial Automation, or Project Coordination is considered a strong asset.Experience in technical, industrial, or project-based environments is an asset (e.g., SCADA, IT, and Oil & Gas industry).At Dexcent we recognize that people are our most important asset.
