Whether this is through nurturing owned accounts, implementing strategic account management or coaching your team to succeed. You will contribute to Belmond's ambitious global revenue targets.If you're looking to develop your skills and be part of the future of luxury, this is your moment.Primary Responsibilities IncludeDrive revenue generation within groups and events sales by developing and executing comprehensive sales action plans, managing key accounts, and fostering strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners. Maintain frequent contact with property-based sales teamsQualify leads, prepare detailed offers and manage negotiations to result in confirmed bookingsLead, guide and mentor a team of sales professionals across the UK and Europe to develop and deliver their strategic sales action plans resulting in exceptional team performanceEstablish and nurture partnerships with key contacts within owned accounts and conduct property/product training, host client events, and plan educational trips to key Belmond destinationsAnalyse market conditions, trends and competitor activities to provide valuable feedback and insights to the Divisional Director and colleagues. Work collaboratively with the Divisional Director of Sales and other teams to ensure strategies are aligned. Assist and actively participate in the organisation of sales events, trade shows and the Belmond Conference and Incentive Planners Advisory BoardMaintain accurate account databases, manage budgets, and prepare sales reportsEnsure operational efficiency and strategic executionWhat You Should Know When Applying...The role is generally able to benefit from our current hybrid working policy where team members can work remotely for up to two days per week.
