Client Distribution Officer

For our client in Rotterdam area we are looking for a Client Distribution Officer.In this role you will be responsible for the end-to-end distribution of client reporting, including the setup of new distribution processes and the continuous improvement of automated distribution workflows.A key part of your role will be to proactively collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to identify, follow up on, and implement new developments that enhance the level of automation in our reporting and distribution activities. You will serve as a structured and reliable partner for client service managers and internal stakeholders, ensuring that our distribution processes are efficient, accurate, and scalable .You have:Demonstrated experience in a client service or operations role, preferably within the asset management industryBachelor’s degree or equivalent (such as an associate degree or relevant work experience) in Finance, Business Administration, or a related fieldStrong affinity with technology; able to quickly learn and leverage new tools and systemsExperience with customer relationship management (CRM) toolingExcellent organizational, planning, and time management skillsHighly structured and detail-oriented, with a pragmatic approach to problem-solvingProactive, flexible, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, expanding environmentStrong communication skills in both Dutch and EnglishClient-centered and results-driven mindsetComfortable collaborating with IT and other departments to drive process improvements and automationSensitivity to cultural differences and a true global mindsetWe are looking for someone enjoying a supporting role and willing to perform this position for multiple years.
