About the Role:The Client Engagement Associate plays a key role in building and nurturing relationships with potential and existing clients of Serino. This position focuses on understanding client needs, promoting suitable product or solutions, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from initial contact to post-delivery support. The role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology, have strong communication skills, and are eager to start a career in tech sales and client relations.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the first point of contact for client inquiries and requests.Develop and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing clients.Understand client business needs and recommend our relevant products or solutions.Assist in lead generation through calls, emails, and networking activities.Schedule meetings, product demos, and presentations for busdev or technical teams.Prepare proposals, quotations, and other client-facing documents in coordination with the busdev and marketing team.Build trust and rapport by providing accurate, relevant, and timely information.Conduct tailored, scenario-based product demos.Collaborate with internal teams to customize demonstration environments for specific client use cases.Maintain a strong understanding of Serino products.Provide accurate product information to clients and address basic technical or delivery-related queries.Collaborate with internal teams (busdev, engineering, and technical support) to ensure client requirements are met.Follow up on project timelines, delivery status, and post-sales support requirements.Maintain accurate records of client interactions.Collect and relay client feedback to improve products and customer experience.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (fresh graduates are welcome).Strong verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic ticketing/tracking tools.Interest in technology, IT solutions, and digital products.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Detail-oriented with good organizational and follow-up skills.Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)Background in customer service, sales, or client support (internship or part-time experience counts).Basic understanding of IT product delivery processes.
