Client Experience Analyst/ Manager – FinTech Platform | Based in KL/ Singapore | Mandarin/ English Volition is partnering with a rapidly scaling FinTech who have built a global platform for leading financial institutions.They are now looking for a x2 Client Experience Analysts to join their growing team in APAC. The role involves ensuring users get the most value from the platform while continuously improving internal processes and product usability.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the first point of contact for client supportManage and triage support requests and provide L2 supportDeliver client demos and training sessions.Support communications and product contentAbout You2-6 years’ experience in a client support or operations/ troubleshooting focused role (FinTech SaaS preferred)Excellent communication and relationship building skillsTechnical understanding – Exposure to API’s would be a plusHighly organised, with the ability to prioritiseFamiliarity with Jira and Microsoft Office suite.Needs to have exceptional English language both written and verbal with additional language skills (e.g. Mandarin or Japanese)Salary can be flexible dependent on experience level c.$20-45,000 USD
