The Client Liason Officer ensures that creative outputs are well-briefed to meet business objectives and uphold the studio’s professional standards.KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREASCoordinate and manage incoming creative requests, ensuring clear and accurate briefssBuild and maintain strong internal and external relationships with vendors and business units to understand needs and prioritiesMaintain organised records, approvals, and project documentation in the studio systemSupport the Design Studio Manager with project tracking, reporting, and workflow improvementsDemonstrate a proactive attitude toward improving team processes and relationships by sharing constructive feedback, supporting new initiatives, and helping to strengthen the agency’s service cultureRequired EducationESSENTIAL EDUCATIONCertificate in Marketing /brand management or Marketing communication DESIRED EDUCATIONCertificate in Digital MarketingRequired ExperienceESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE5 years of experience in client service or account management in a creative agency environmentDesired ExperienceExperience in a deadline-driven Design StudioExperience in Project Management Required Job Skills And KnowledgeMicrosoft Office Package (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and industry publishing softwareEditing and proofing skills for various audiencesContent production - knowledge of digital publishing platformsKnowledge of the fundamentals of writing, grammar, syntax, style, and punctuationWriting skillsLocal and international web trends and best practicesNetworking skills (internal and external)Storytelling (verbal/written), copy writing and grammatical skills
