Overall Purpose of the RoleAs a Project and Solutions Analyst, you will play a key role in driving competitive pricing strategies and ensuring project profitability. This position focuses on building data-driven models, optimizing costs, and maintaining contract compliance while supporting sales negotiations and operational excellence. You’ll develop tools, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor performance, automate reporting, and provide actionable insights that strengthen financial and commercial decision-making.Core ResponsibilitesContract analysis and dashboard Monitor and analyze contract profitability and cost control across regions.Ensure accurate costing data and identify risks impacting financial performance.Develop financial risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies.Provide insights for budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making.Drive process improvements, reporting automation, and business intelligence initiativesProject & Solution Delivery ExcellenceMonitor contract obligations, cost control, and profitability to ensure compliance.Collaborate with Operations and Service Delivery teams to drive lean processes and continuous improvement.Update service delivery data on local content and costs impacting P&L.Ensure smooth handover between opportunities and contract implementation, including billing.Support digital tools compliance and implement processes for accurate data and reporting.Quality Standards and SupportEnsure Medical Services activities meet International SOS standards and client requirements.Implement audit and control mechanisms on-site to maintain compliance with operational and quality standards.Oversee execution of action plans from annual audits.Manage project closure by saving all documentation and lessons learned in Service Delivery SharePoint.Contractual / Legal And Reporting RequirementsContribute to ensure in conjunction with the Relevant Regional Managers, General Managers and Legal that the contract renewals and / or amendments are completed, submitted and actioned in a timely manner in line with corporate guidelines and contractual and/or legal requirements.Required Skills And KnowledgeCollaboration - Strong collaboration skills are the bedrock of solid contract managementExcellent organization skills and reporting accuracy, using IT Digital toolsSense of analysis and initiative to support team capability and continuous improvementExperience working with senior decision makersAbility to analyze situations and take appropriate actions that are consistent with company policiesAnalytical ability and management skillsStrong judgement and consulting skills from needs definition, to project coordination and implementationExcellent client relationship management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational skillsRequired Work ExperienceA minimum of 3 years’ experience in Finance, Cost Control, Operations Management, and/or Reporting field requiredManagement Accounting Experience beneficialExperience in large scale medical services projects beneficialKnowledge of data managementProven track record and understanding of budgets, the budgeting process and reporting.Required QualificationsUniversity degree or Advanced Diploma in business administration, finance, or related field.Join Our TeamIf you're a dynamic professional with a passion for travel logistics, team leadership, and operational excellence, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
