Then read on, because we are looking for you…What Will You Do?As Client Manager (KAM), you will play a pivotal role in accelerating and sustaining the growth of our Digital Industries business within the Pharma sector with focus on digitalization, software and Industrial automation solutions. Your mission is to build strategic relationships with leading pharmaceutical organizations, helping to transform their manufacturing and operational processes through Siemens’ advanced automation and digital solutions. People-Oriented Collaboration: Build and nurture strong partnerships with customers and colleagues, ensuring we work together towards shared success. Lead discussions from ideation to implementation, involving Siemens teams and relevant stakeholders for successful outcomes. Consultative Solution Selling: Act as a trusted advisor, drawing on technical understanding of pharma process digitalization. Guide the customer in the adoption of digitalization tools, automation concepts, and process innovations aligned with sector regulations and best practices. Expand and Utilize Your Network: Leverage your ability to connect people and ideas, both internally and externally, to create new opportunities for our customers. Strategic Account Management: Develop and implement account strategies for selected pharma customers, focusing on manufacturing digitalization, automation, and regulatory compliance. Map key decision makers and generate qualified leads across business units. Initiate and support contract negotiations for products, services, and solutions Customer-Centric Value: Build compelling value propositions and introduce innovative approaches that create new revenue streams and long-term relationships. Continuously assess customer needs and position Siemens’ portfolio as the solution to specific challenges across drug development, manufacturing, and regulatory processes.Who Are We Looking For?We are looking for a seasoned professional who can bring a good mix of the below competences to our team, however, what matters most is your drive to help others succeed and your willingness to grow with us. Degree in engineering, industrial automation, business administration or similar. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with hands-on engagement in manufacturing process digitalization, automation, and regulatory compliance. Strong business acumen relevant to the pharma sector, with knowledge of the medicine life cycle (R&D, production, QA/QC, regulatory, distribution). You have experience in stakeholder management and business development within Pharma or Operational Technology (OT) Knowledge within regulated environments and GMP will be preferred You are excellent communicator, networker, and relationship builder, enthusiastic, positive, persuasive. You enjoy expanding your network and connecting the right people to the right challenges.
