Product Manager Portioning

Then this role at JBT Marel could be the perfect fit for you.We are looking for a seasoned Product Manager Portioning who can bridge technology, market, and business and who can demonstrate strategic leadership within a complex, international organization.The roleAs Product Manager Portioning, you will play a key role within our global Product Management team for the Poultry Division. You will report to the Senior Manager Global Product and work closely with 5 other Product Managers.You will be responsible for the overall product strategy, lifecycle management, and commercial performance of our Portioning product portfolio. You will translate market insights, technological developments, and customer needs into strong business cases, product roadmaps, and concrete action plans.In addition, you will act as a key link between Product Management, Innovation, Sales, Marketing, Service, and Supply Chain, contributing to the global growth and positioning of JBT Marel.Your ResponsibilitiesFull responsibility for the Portioning product portfolioDevelop and implement a dynamic product strategy and lifecycle managementDefine strategic objectives, business cases, and growth plansAnalyze market trends, revenue, margins, and growth opportunitiesDevelop marketing and sales documentation and support the sales organizationCoordinate product launches and market positioningWork closely with Innovation on defining future product roadmapsShare best practices and lead continuous improvement initiativesCollaborate actively with international stakeholders across a matrix organizationWho You AreYou are a strong communicator with a strategic mindset and technical understanding. You know how to connect people, structure processes, and turn ideas into tangible results.We Are Looking For Someone WithA completed academic degree (BSc or MSc) in business, engineering, marketing, or project managementAt least 7 years of experience in Product Management or a comparable role within a technical or industrial environmentExperience with strategic planning, product marketing, and business developmentA strong interest in technology and the ability to understand complex technical solutionsA proactive, results-driven, and independent working styleExcellent communication skills and experience in international collaborationExperience within the food processing industry is an advantageProficiency in English spoken and written (additional languages are a plus)Strong IT skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, SAP, and WorkdayTravelYou can expect approximately 25 travel days per year, which you can largely plan yourself.
