Client Offboarding Specialist - Data & Documentation

About the RoleWe're hiring Client Offboarding Specialists to manage data and documentation for a prestisigious Bank in Zurich. Your Focus:Account closure documentation - organize, verify, and manage all offboarding records.Data preparation & validation - ensure client data and transaction records are accurate and complete.Document workflows - coordinate documentation between custody, settlement, and compliance teams.Compliance documentation - verify all records meet KYC/AML requirements.Data reconciliation - reconcile account data before final closure.Quality assurance - audit all documentation for accuracy and completeness.What We're Looking ForEssential:4-6 years banking/financial services operations experience.German Advanced (written and oral).Fluent English.Background in data or documentation specialist roles (or middle office/back-office).Experience with account management, settlement, custody, or payments operations.Detail-oriented, process-focused mindset.Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook).Team player with strong communication skills.Nice-to-Have:Banking apprenticeship or formal banking education.Experience with Avaloq, Oracle, Bloomberg, or banking systems.KYC/AML/compliance experience.Advanced Excel or SQL skills.
