You’ll be the friendly face (or inbox!) that helps new customers get started with Blueberry, reviewing documents, making sure everything checks out, and keeping things running like a well-oiled machine.Note: At Blueberry, moving with purpose means showing up, connecting, and building momentum together. This role is based onsite in Sofia, Bulgaria, Monday to Friday, where the real magic happens.How You’ll Make An ImpactLead the client onboarding experience, from first doc to final approval Review documents and run KYC/AML checks to keep everything clean and compliant Work side-by-side with the Sales team to gather all the right info Catch and escalate anything sketchy (compliance instincts = superpower) Spot gaps, suggest tweaks, and help us keep levelling up our onboarding flow Hit your KPIs, and celebrate the wins when you do! Skills and Experiences: Who We’re Hoping to FindYou’re fluent in English, both written and spoken You’ve got 1-2 years of experience in onboarding, compliance, or customer service You’re a detail-driven doer who loves keeping things clean, clear, and compliant You’ve got solid communication skills and know how to work well with others You’re curious, calm under pressure, and love creating smooth client experiences You’re open to onsite work in Sofia, Bulgaria and can roll with shifting schedules Extra points if you haveExperience in Finance, Banking, or Trading Familiarity with CFD or back-office operations A degree in Business, Finance, or something similar
