Location: Remote (working hours: 9 AM – 5 PM Pacific Time)Salary: $5,000/monthVacation: 20 paid vacation days + 4 religious holidaysAbout the CompanyOur client is a fast-growing U.S. startup in the solar energy industry, helping construction firms and installation companies accelerate solar deployments.They remove the biggest bottlenecks in the process — from permits and supply chain coordination to administrative workflows — enabling partners to scale efficiently and deliver projects on time.If you thrive in dynamic, high-growth environments and want to be part of a team driving the clean energy revolution, this role is for you.About the RoleWe’re looking for a Client Operations Manager who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution.You’ll manage end-to-end client operations, ensure smooth delivery, and act as the primary bridge between clients and internal teams.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both big-picture process optimization and day-to-day execution, ensuring every client feels supported and every project moves forward without friction.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage daily client operations for ongoing solar projects.Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery.Identify and resolve operational challenges, improving processes across departments.Coordinate between teams handling permitting, procurement, logistics, and administration.Lead client onboarding, process training, and relationship management initiatives.Create and maintain SOPs, project documentation, and progress reports.Monitor project KPIs, budgets, and performance metrics.Partner with leadership to scale internal systems and client-facing workflows.Requirements4–6 years of experience in operations, client success, or project management.Proven track record managing clients or projects in fast-moving environments (solar, construction, SaaS, or tech preferred).Startup experience is a huge plus – we’re looking for someone comfortable working with speed, ambiguity, and ownership.Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.Strong organizational ability and attention to detail.Tech-savvy: proficient with Google Workspace, Asana/ClickUp, CRMs, and reporting tools.Fluent in English (written and spoken).Problem-solving mindset and a proactive, “get-things-done” attitude.What We Offer💰 $5,000/month base salary (USD)🕘 Remote work aligned with 9 AM – 5 PM Pacific Time🌴 20 paid vacation days + 4 religious holidays💡 High-growth startup environment with real career advancement opportunities🌞 Mission-driven team shaping the future of clean energy📈 Direct access to leadership and visible impact across operations💬 Collaborative culture that values initiative, accountability, and transparency🧘‍♂️ Wellness & development allowance (for courses, coworking, or fitness – negotiable based on experience)
