ResponsibilitiesTeam IntroductionThe Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is responsible for the revenue growth of the TikTok business, and our teams include Sales, Marketing, Ops, Account Managers, Agency and partnerships, as well as Marketing Science. About the positionWe are looking for a consultative digital advertisement sales professional to join our Consumer Packaged Goods division, to look after our clients within the beauty industry in the KR Market, to enable the growth of our clients' businesses with the power of TikTok's advertising solutions. Responsibilities 1. Establish and manage professional client relationships in order to drive deals to closure and retain/grow revenue from advertisers2. Plan and execute client interactions(calls/mails/F2F meetings) for TikTok's advertisement product training and seminars to discover new clients and campaign opportunities3. Give data-driven presentations and persuasive sales proposals that are optimized to global key accounts business objectives4. Clearly understand the sales status through active partnership management5. Collaborate with relevant departments to manage client's advertising campaignsQualificationsMinimum Qualifications1. Bachelors degree or above2. 5+ years of sales or partnership in brand eCommerce sales, Adtech platforms or performance campaign agency3. Understanding of the local and global media ecosystem 4. Strong sales acumen and ability to develop and maintain client relationships with excellent communication and presentation skills5. Ability to plan and manage extensive advertising budgets & campaigns6. Proficient in Korean and English as work will entail collaboration with both domestic and global marketsPreferred Qualifications1. Relevant experience in CPG verticals/industries with knowledge of branding and performance marketing2.
