Working closely with 2–3 Partners, you’ll help them deeply understand their clients’ needs, interpret nuanced briefs, and bring clarity and structure to complex situations.ResponsibilitiesSupporting Partners to manage client activity and engagement, staying across and ahead of client needs and prioritiesManage end-to-end design, development and delivery of client solutions – combining rigorous research with strong intuition and judgementDetermine the insights or access required to solve client needs, and identify optimal sources from either within or beyond the existing networkLead the research team in extracting insights from the networkContribute to the identification and cultivation of human intelligence sources and networksAssess incoming reports and information to ensure accuracy and relevanceIdentify gaps in the research or network and guide the team in addressing themSynthesise and translate insights into high-quality (concise, high impact, differentiated) client-ready materialsBrief partners on client solutionsWhat we’re looking forSolutions Development: Creative, curious, resourceful and relentlessly focused on delivering differentiated insight.
