Create plans to address client’s business needs. Advise clients on creating profitable processes. Schedule regular meetings with clients to ensure client satisfaction. Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate. Help up-sell or cross-sell services. Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms. Study competition to find new ways to retain clients. Collaborate with internal teams (Lawyers, Management and Finance) to address client’s needs.Requirements Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree preferable in Law, Management, Business Administration, Marketing and Banking. Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, Chinese, English. Proven experience with at least 3 year(s) of working in the related field required for this position. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets. Experience tracking relevant KPI’s (e.g., client’s satisfaction). Good planning and analytical skills. Proficient in MS Office. A customer-oriented attitude. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Problem-solving aptitude.
