The Client Relation Staff will be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with clients. This includes addressing client inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, delivering effective customer support, and acting as a point of contact to resolve complaints or concerns. The role also involves collaboration with internal teams to improve client services and ensure a seamless client experience.
