You'll target companies with customer engagement operations—banks, insurance, telecom, healthcare, BPOs, e-commerce, and more—helping them unlock AI-powered performance gains. You'll be at the forefront of Indonesia's AI transformation while building strategic partnerships that drive real business impact.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and engage clients that can benefit from AI-powered performance enhancementConduct product demonstrations and presentations to business owners and operations managersBuild and maintain a robust sales pipeline across multiple industriesNegotiate partnership agreements and service contracts with clear ROICollaborate with founding team on go-to-market strategy and product positioningRequirementsMust-Have:Bachelor's degree from a reputable or well-known university3+ years B2B sales experience with technology solutions or business servicesProven track record closing deals with enterprise and scale-up startups in IndonesiaStrong network across Jakarta business communityExcellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and EnglishHunter mentality—comfortable with lead generation and cold outreachAbility to explain complex technology in simple business termsNice to Have:Experience selling SaaS, AI/ML, or digital transformation solutionsExisting relationships with decision-makers across multiple industriesUnderstanding of call center operations or customer service workflowsPartnership development and channel sales experience
