Our FinTech client in Dubai is hiring a Client Relations Associate. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective investment clients, responsible for managing and responding to inbound website inquiries, ensuring a timely, professional, and informative experience for every lead.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to client inquiries submitted via the company website in a prompt, professional manner.Qualify and escalate leads to the appropriate internal teams (sales, compliance, support).Maintain accurate records of client interactions and status updates in the CRM system.Provide clear, accurate information about the company’s virtual asset services and onboarding processes.Collaborate with compliance and operations teams to ensure smooth handover and follow-up.Monitor inquiry trends and suggest improvements to the client experience.Requirements2+ years in client service, sales support, or customer success within in fintech, financial services, or crypto.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.Comfortable working with CRM tools and digital communication platforms.Professional, proactive, and customer-focused with strong attention to detail.Knowledge of virtual assets or digital finance is an advantage.
