Join the WorkInGreece.io teamWorkInGreece.io, the leading HR organization specializing in the recruitment, assessment, and legal migration of workforce from third countries to Greece, is looking for a Client Relations & Operations Officer to join our growing team in Athens (hybrid work model).🔍 Role & ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will play a key role in connecting employers with international workers and supporting the end-to-end recruitment and migration process. Responsibilities include:Communicating with Greek companies to present our services, explain why to collaborate with WorkInGreece.io, and highlight the advantages of hiring skilled and reliable workers from third countries.Monitoring the progress of client requests throughout all stages of the recruitment and migration process.Using CRM and information systems to organize data and manage client interactions.Participating in the evaluation and selection of international candidates.Supporting the migration and work permit process in collaboration with public authorities, embassies, and employers.Preparing and presenting proposals to existing and new business partners.Coordinating with internal teams and contributing to process optimization and service quality.🧩 Required QualificationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-oriented mindset.Fluent English, both written and spoken (additional languages are a plus).Strong command of CRM systems and general IT proficiency.Proven experience as a team leader or in a coordinating role.Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across departments.Previous experience in B2B services, HR, recruitment, immigration services, or customer success will be considered a strong asset.🌍 What We OfferThe opportunity to be part of a fast-growing organization addressing Greece’s critical labor shortages.A hybrid work model combining office collaboration in Athens with remote flexibility.A dynamic, multicultural work environment that values professionalism and teamwork.Professional development and training in recruitment, migration, and client management.A supportive and purpose-driven team dedicated to connecting people, companies, and opportunities ethically and efficiently.
