As we expand into new markets and onboard more businesses, we’re looking for Client Relation Managers to nurture strong relationships with our clients and ensure their workspace runs smoothly, day in and day out.Role DescriptionThe Client Relations Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for clients across our workspace locations. This role is about understanding client needs, resolving issues proactively, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a high-quality experience that reflects Acquir’s values.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients across assigned workspacesAct as the first point of contact for daily assistance, issue resolution, and service coordinationCollaborate closely with Operations, Facilities, and Leasing teams to ensure smooth delivery of servicesGather client feedback to drive improvements in workspace experienceOrganize and support community-building activities and engagement initiativesEnsure SLA adherence and quality standards are consistently metMaintain documentation and regular reporting on client interactions and satisfaction levelsWhat we're looking for1–5 years of experience in client servicing, customer success, hospitality, co-working, or facility managementStrong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skillsA customer-first mindset with the ability to handle multiple requests with empathy and efficiencyOrganized, detail-oriented, and comfortable coordinating across teamsExperience in managed offices or hospitality environments is a plusWe promote a culture that values clarity, initiative and collaboration, while providing competitive compensations and performance-based incentives.
