Client Relations SpecialistAbout the RoleResponsible for a group of clients, their maintenance, and retention. Required to meet with clients remotely, attend daily meetings, and manage different platforms to resolve the client's requests.Key Responsibilities:* Responsible for a group of clients, their maintenance, and retention.* Attend daily meetings to discuss client issues and updates.* Manage different platforms to resolve client requests efficiently.* Develop and maintain strong client relationships.* Provide timely and effective solutions to client inquiries.* Monitor client satisfaction and implement improvements as needed.* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.* Prepare reports on client interactions and feedback.* Assist in the development of client service strategies.support Associate is responsible for assisting the contact center with incoming requests via calls, emails, and live chat.
