The role involves managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer support, and maintaining effective communication with clientele. The individual will act as the front-line representative for addressing client inquiries and fostering positive interactions that enhance the customer experience.Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationshipsCustomer-focused mindset with skills in customer satisfaction and client relationsProficiency in customer support and the capability to resolve inquiries effectivelyExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to work on-site and collaborate with teammates in a professional environmentPrevious experience in a client-facing role or financial services is an advantageBachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or a related field is preferred
