We are supporting our client, a rapidly growing company in the healthcare solutions and services industry, in hiring a Commercial Executive to strengthen their business development efforts and corporate partnership expansion. This role is suited for a commercial professional with solid B2B experience and a strong network within corporate clients.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, approach, and secure new corporate accounts while maintaining strong relationships with existing partners. Build, manage, and convert a robust commercial pipeline to achieve revenue and growth targets. Develop and execute strategic account plans tailored to corporate client needs. Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, implementation, and service delivery. Track market trends, competitor activities, and client requirements to uncover new commercial opportunities. Utilize existing networks to open doors and strengthen long-term corporate partnerships. Prepare proposals, commercial presentations, and business reports to support engagement and decision-making. QualificationsBachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of B2B commercial or sales experience, ideally within healthcare, laboratory services, or insurance/insurtech. Demonstrated success in acquiring and managing corporate accounts. Established professional network and strong personal credibility in the corporate landscape. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Agile, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment. High sense of ownership, accountability, and target-driven mindset.
