The Client Relations will collaborate with team members to foster consistent client engagement and successful resolution of any issues or concerns.QualificationsStrong Interpersonal Skills and a customer-centered approachProficiency in Client Relations, Customer Support, and Customer SatisfactionExcellent Communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to work effectively as part of a team in an on-site environmentProven experience in client relationship management is an advantageBachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
