We are currently recruiting a Client Relationship/Business Development Lead to join our team. This is a hybrid role based out of our Limerick, Cork or Dublin Client Services Centres. Key ResponsibilitiesLead business development initiatives to drive revenue growth and achieve commercial targets.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic affiliations.Develop and deliver high-quality, client-focused proposals tailored to specific needs and objectives.Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective and existing clients.Manage and oversee large-scale client programmes and projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and client expectations.Conduct virtual and in-person meetings with clients to assess needs, review performance, and identify opportunities for growth.Ensure exceptional customer service standards through proactive follow-up and relationship management.Drive business growth through networking, market research, and tender submissions.Skills & Personal TraitsMinimum of 5 years’ proven experience in a Business Development or Client Relationship Management role, with a strong track record of achieving revenue and growth targets.Excellent relationship-building, influencing, and communication skills.Strong proposal writing and presentation skills with high attention to detail.Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalise on new opportunities.Highly organised, results-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Positive, adaptable, and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and other relevant business tools.Education & ExperienceProven experience in client-facing and business development roles, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.Experience in Learning & Development (L&D) and/or Coaching is highly desirable.Relevant qualifications in HR, L&D, Business, Marketing, or Coaching (or equivalent).Full, clean driving licence required.Attractive OTE remuneration package.
