HENI is at the cutting edge of art and tech using the latest and best technologies, to make art accessible to audiences worldwide.The RoleWe are seeking Client Relationship Executives (may also be referred to as Sales Development Representatives or Business Development Associates) who have strong social skills, are hardworking, and have an interest in the art market. You must have a passion for sales and a genuine desire to build a long-term career in this field.This is an excellent opportunity for people with foundational sales experience and an interest in developing their sales skills, in a creative and dynamic environment. The focus is following up on warm leads - you'll be developing relationships with existing customers and with potential customers who have expressed an interest. You'll be responsible for driving sales growth while providing exceptional customer service to art enthusiasts and collectors.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new sales opportunities through outreach, networking, and relationship buildingMaintain relationships with existing customers and repeat buyersPresent and promote our products and services to potential buyersProvide expert customer service and support throughout the entire sales processSupport our customer care team with inquiries and service requestsMaintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progressCollaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and business objectivesProduce comprehensive reports to assess sales performance, identifying learnings and opportunities to optimise processesCollaborate with the management team to establish and track monthly sales targets based on business and external opportunitiesIdeal Candidate ProfileAt least 1 year of sales, business development, or client services experienceConfident and articulate communication skillsNatural ability to build rapport and connect with diverse customersStrong customer service orientation with problem-solving skillsOutgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated with ability to work both independently and as part of a teamEmpathetic and attentive, skilled at listening and building trust-based relationshipsDesirable (but not essential):Interest in or appreciation for art and creative industriesAdditional language skills
