The Relationship Manager will work closely with clients to establish strong professional relationships, identify financial needs, and provide personalized banking solutions. Responsibilities include managing client portfolios, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, ensuring timely follow-up on client inquiries, and identifying opportunities for business growth. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure clients' financial goals are achieved and adherence to regulatory and compliance standards is also required.
