You will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding our client base, driving revenue growth, and building strong client and partner relationships. This dynamic position blends sales, relationship management, and client success, ensuring that our partners derive maximum value from our products and services. You will be responsible for building and nurturing long-term partnerships with our key clients—tech companies, agencies, and entertainment platforms—while actively identifying new opportunities for growth and ensuring their success with Techloy’s unique offerings.The Responsibilities+ Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling Techloy's full suite of products, including sponsored content, newsletter subscriptions, custom research, and event partnerships.+ Collaborate with the editorial and creative teams to develop tailored proposals and presentations that clearly articulate the value of Techloy's data and audience to clients.+ Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-value clients and partners, while developing and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships, and acting as a strategic partner and client advocate within Techloy.+ Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to grow revenue within existing and new client accounts.+ Collaborate with the Chief Executive Officer to develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.+ Proactively address and resolve client inquiries, challenges, and escalations in a timely and professional manner, turning issues into opportunities for stronger partnership.+ Gather client feedback on our services and content offerings and communicate it internally to drive continuous product and service improvement.The Requirements+ Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field+ 3-5 years of experience in client/account management, sales, or business development, preferably within a media, technology, or data company.+ Proven track record of managing a client portfolio and meeting or exceeding sales/retention targets.+ Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.+ Strong understanding of the digital media, content marketing, and technology landscape.+ Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Front), the Microsoft 365 suite of apps, and project management tools.+ Adept at managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, with excellent organizational and time-management skills.+ Ability to collaborate on and/or take ownership of projects and drive deliverables.+ Possess the ability to learn quickly, demonstrate versatile skills, embrace growth, be precise, and understand processes.+ Drive, a positive attitude, and a good sense of humor.The Remuneration + Based on standards within the technology media industry, along with exciting perks.+ Depending on skills and experience.
