Provide exceptional support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining client satisfaction. Manage and update client records accurately in company databases. Assist in preparing client reports, presentations, and follow-up documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve client experience and retention. Maintain a professional and empathetic approach in all client interactions. QualificationsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in client services, administrative support, or account management. Strong organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
