This full-time position is geared toward engaging enterprise clients, delivering strategic insights, and connecting them with the resources needed to achieve their goals.Key Responsibilities:Introduce Robert Half's portfolio of services to clients through video calls, phone interactions, and in-person meetings.Build meaningful relationships and trust with key decision-makers and stakeholders within organizations.Analyze hiring trends, provide market insights, and offer advisory services to help clients navigate complex organizational initiatives.Successfully match client needs to customized solutions, leveraging Robert Half's expertise.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a business-focused field; preference given to candidates with finance or accounting backgrounds. A CPA designation or MBA is strongly advantageous.Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, ideally in accounting, finance, or professional services.Proven abilities in negotiation, decision-making, conflict resolution, and relationship-building across organizational levels.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce.Why Join Us?
