Role Summary:We are looking for a Client Success Associate Manager who will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, ensuring they get the best value from Zameen.com’s services, and supporting them in achieving their business goals.Key ResponsibilitiesOnboard and guide clients on how to use Zameen.com’s platform and services.Maintain regular contact with clients and resolve their queries.Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and timely renewals.Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.Collect client feedback and share insights with internal teams.Prepare simple performance reports for clients.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.1 to 4 years’ experienceStrong communication and relationship-building skills.Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks effectively.Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus.
