Join Our Team at OLLOOLLO partners with leading hospitality groups, franchise operators, and virtual kitchen brands to improve and optimise their online food delivery performance. We help restaurants increase orders, strengthen customer engagement, and grow revenue across platforms like Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Menulog.We are a fast-growing company with a strong focus on digital performance, strategy, and innovation. Our team works closely with some of the most exciting food businesses in Australia, helping them stand out in a competitive online marketplace.The RoleWe are looking for a motivated Client Lead to oversee a portfolio of clients and guide the delivery of their food delivery optimisation strategies. You will manage client relationships, coordinate work across internal teams, and lead two assistants who will support the day-to-day management of your accounts.This role is well-suited to someone early in their career who wants to learn quickly, grow their skills and work closely with a team of strategists and operators. Strong communication and organisation skills are essential.ResponsibilitiesClient Portfolio OversightManage a group of hospitality clients and ensure they receive consistent support, insights, and performance recommendations from our team. Team CoordinationWork with our internal team to deliver daily operational tasks and client updates. Provide clear direction and ensure high-quality output.Food Delivery OptimisationImplement strategies that improve visibility, conversion and revenue performance across Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Menulog.Performance MonitoringReview performance metrics, identify trends and provide insights that highlight opportunities for growth.Collaboration with Internal Teams Partner with our creative, strategy and operations teams to deliver menu improvements, marketing initiatives, and platform optimisations.Client Success and Retention Maintain strong relationships through proactive communication, structured reporting and a focus on results.What About YouYou are organised, confident, and eager to develop your skills within a fast moving digital environment.
