Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Client Success Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients post-sale, ensuring they have a seamless onboarding experience, receive ongoing support, and achieve maximum value from our products/services. Your goal is to drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth through proactive relationship management.Key Responsibilities • Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and expectations. • Guide clients through onboarding and implementation, tailoring processes to their specific needs. • Develop a deep understanding of clients’ business objectives and help them achieve success using our solutions. • Monitor account health and proactively identify and address issues that could impact satisfaction or retention. • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to advocate for client needs and share feedback. • Conduct regular check-ins, QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews), and training sessions with clients. • Track client engagement and usage metrics to identify upsell or expansion opportunities. • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and activity in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. • 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role (Customer Success, Account Management, or similar). • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and software. • Experience with CRM systems and customer success platforms is a plus. • Detail-oriented and highly organized with excellent time management. • Empathetic and customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach.Location: JoharTown (ON-SITE)Timing: 7pm - 4am
