We use artificial intelligence and credit scoring technology, combined with the seamless digital lending process, enabling our partners to operate more efficiently, and ensuring we stand out in the market.Trive Financial Holding also makes corporate venture capital investments in Europe.For our growing organization, we are looking for a "Client Trading Service Specialist" to join our Client Trading Team.Responsibilities:Taking an active role in Client Trading Services department and administering all client inquiries via ticket portal, live chat and phone calls together with the teamReviewing daily activity, reconciling current and previous day’s activity to ensure accuracy and consistencyFollowing up actions and prioritize, organize workflow - offering administrative and office management support to the team,Identifying the problems of support processes and provide feedback,Reporting to team leader or manager on a daily and monthly basis,Having the ability to change up shifts.All internal and external communication language is in English. The candidate should be speaking English fluently.Qualifications:Advanced communication skills of EnglishHaving interest and experience in client services and financial products the company provides such as FX,Strong communication (oral &written) and case management skills,Knowledge and experience of any trading platform is a plus.Strong team player, having strong organizational skills.
